Marc Abla became the Executive Director of the Illinois Chiropractic Society in 2008. He brings his extensive financial, administrative and association experience to the ICS including his time representing chiropractors in Illinois as the Director of Professional Relations for the ICS since 2002.

Dawn joined the ICS in May 2003. She earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Dawn has also gone through extensive training in a variety of areas including Adobe PageMaker.

Kristen Curtis, DC

Dr. Curtis has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and is a 2000 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (Davenport, IA). She is currently studying to become a Certified Insurance Consultant with a Peer Review Certification through Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Curtis also brings an education in a variety of insurance areas including Medicare, coding, OIG compliance, HIPAA, documentation, and others.

Kyle Christiansen, MA

Kyle joined the ICS staff in February 2009. He comes to the ICS with experience in the legislative process, membership service and exhibitor/vendor relations. His educational background includes a Bachelors degree in English from Western Illinois University and a Masters Degree in Political Studies from the University of Illinois at Springfield. In 2006 Kyle completed an internship in the legislative process with the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois (ABDI) and from 2007-2009 he was the Director of Membership Services with the Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association (ISVMA). Kyle’s education, experience and passion for association work along with his familial ties to the chiropractic profession make him an ideal fit to the ICS staff; Kyle’s Father and Grandfather are/were instructors at the National College of Chiropractic (now NUHS) in Physiology and Pathology respectively.

Robynn joined the ICS in 2006 as the Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Office Administrator in 2008. Robynn earned a AA in Criminal Justice from Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, IL.
